Get ready to join the rest of the Valley and try out a new, fun summer reading program called Valley Reads. Come and celebrate the opening of registration with the Rally for Reading at the Bowman Library this Saturday, May 30th from 10:00am to 12:30pm.
Put on your dancing shoes and tune up your singing voice because this year’s theme is “Read to the Rhythm.” We’ll be exploring music, song, dance, and rhythm throughout the summer with books, programs, and special events. Track your reading and attendance at events and you’ll earn free books, collect badges, unlock online mini-games, and be eligible to enter a drawing at the end of the summer for prizes donated by local businesses.
