Calling all HRL Teens: Video Contest Submissions Wanted!

Calling All HRL Teens!
Enter YALSA’s Teens Succeed with Libraries Video Contest

The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) invites teens to submit creative and compelling videos for its Teens Succeed with Libraries Video Contest.

Do you use the library to get good grades, explore careers, pursue your hobbies, build leadership skills, plan for college, sharpen your tech skills, help your community, meet up with your friends and make new ones, create art and technology, or anything else you can dream up?  YALSA wants to know about it!

Create a video that shows how you use the library and upload it to Youtube by May 1, 2016.  The top 3 entries will be selected by June 1, 2016 and will receive a box of books, audiobooks, and graphic novels worth at least $200.

Learn more about the contest rules and requirements, and submit your entry here:

Make sure to share your video with HRL on facebook (@HandleyRegionalLibrary) or twitter (@HandleyReg)!  We can’t wait to see what you create!
