Get Away @ Your Library with Teen Read Week

Teen Reads Week Bulletin Board 003

It’s Teen Read Week at Handley Regional Library!  From Oct. 18 – 24th we’re putting the focus on reading for Teens.  This year, we encourage your to grab a good book, and get away from your everyday life.  Let your classes, your chores, your job, your grades, your college applications, your worries and stresses melt away as you enter the world of a book.

Teen Read Week

TRW_logo_It’s Teen Read Week this week – a national adolescent literacy initiative designed to encourage teens to be regular readers and library users. The theme this year is “Seek the Unknown @ Your Library”. Mystery, adventure, science fiction and fantasy books are all great options for seeking the unknown.

Come in and see us and we’ll help you in your quest to seek the unknown or, better still, drop us a line and recommend a mystery, sci fi , fantasy or adventure novel that you love. Our address is – we’d love to know what our teens are reading and enjoying 🙂
